NBCUniversal announced that its brand new streaming platform, Peacock, will host a variety of unscripted reality TV shows. Peacock will have a Real Housewives spin-off series, now fans are trying to guess which housewives will the show center around.

According to the NBC Comcast website, Peacock will include a variety of scripted and unscripted series. The long list of reality TV shows includes Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Real Housewives, Top Chef, and Chrisley Knows Best. Alongside those titles, “Peacock will feature a broad array of the most-talked-about unscripted programming” and that list includes a new Saturday Night Live docuseries, an original talk show series from Jimmy Falon, a weekly late-night show starring Amber Ruffin produced by Seth Meyers, and last but not least -“spinoff of Bravo’s successful “The Real Housewives” franchise.”

The news of a new spin-off for The Real Housewives is by far the vaguest on the list and the little amount of information is all fans know about the series. There has been a plethora of spin-off shows already created from the popular Bravo franchise, such as The Real Housewives of New York City’s Bethenny Ever After, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Vanderpump Rules, and The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Checks In. These shows have continued with some of the most interesting and recognizable characters of the show, such as Bethenny Frankel, Lisa Vanderpump, and Teresa Giudice. There have been theories that since NBC hasn’t been specific of which show of the franchise is the spinoff created from, fans think it could possibly be a show following multiple all-stars of the franchise.

Either way, the show will only be available on Peacock, which means the new platform will at least be getting subscriptions from The Real Housewives fans. There are many cast members of the franchise that deserve a show of their own, but fans will have to wait and see who they’ve chosen to star in their own spin-off. Fans will find out when the platform rolls out in April of 2020.
