The NBA Game Time apps for iPhone and iPad were updated today with a new Class Games section that brings a collection of “carefully selected classic games and historical videos from past seasons.” The new Classic Games section starts out with a selection of videos and more will be added in future updates during the 2014 season. The new videos, like much of the app’s content, is available for free to Sprint users or those with a NBA Game Time Plus subscription or League Pass through their cable provider....

Apple notified participants of its AppleSeed program today that OS X Mountain Lion beta build 12C35 is now available for download. The 671MB update contains no known issues, Apple stated. Furthermore, Apple would like developers to focus on messages, Facebook, Game Center, Safari and Reminders when testing the pre-release software. The release notes say “TDB,” which indicates this is not a final release. It is also worth noting this is not a release to members of Apple’s Developer Program, as that will presumably come later on....

As expected, new MacBooks Airs are going into production later this month for a June or July launch month. The news from Digitimes says that Apple’s updated ultra-thin notebooks will pack Sandy Bridge processors – that recently launched in the new MacBook Pros and iMacs – in addition to Apple and Intel’s new Thunderbolt I/O platform. Apple’s current line of MacBooks Airs include both 11.6 and 13.3 inch models. Because the current design was released late last year, we believe that the new models will simply be an internal specification upgrade and nothing more....

Screenshot via Cameron Apple introduced a built-in Picture-In-Picture feature for iPads on iOS 9 a year ago and released it last fall. We’re getting deep into iOS 10 territory at this point, but some apps are still updating to support the latest features from the current version of iOS. Netflix delivered on that today with official support for PIP on iOS 9.3.2 or later. (The version number requirement may suggest that earlier versions didn’t support what Netflix would need, although iOS 10 beta seems to break it....

Netflix today reported its earnings for Q4 2019, which is the first quarter in which Netflix had direct competition from Apple TV+. In the accompanying letter to shareholders, Netflix took a direct shot at the popularity of the Apple TV+ series “The Morning Show.” For the quarter, Netflix reported earnings per share of $1.30 and revenue of $5.47 billion. While revenue beat analyst expectations, Netflix fell short on domestic subscriber additions, adding 550,000 versus expectations of 589,000....

Over the weekend we saw a trio of iPhone 7 leaks showing the redesigned antenna lines, dual-camera module, speaker grilles, and a new 256GB storage chip. Now, HDBlog has uncovered a new set of images from Chinese web forum Baidu claiming to show schematics for both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The images show the dual-camera being exclusive to the larger model, while Smart Connector holes are nowhere to be seen....

Along with all of the redesigned Mac Pro and upcoming iMac refresh news we’ve been hearing, MacRumors claims some reliable knowledge pertaining to the design of the upcoming MacBook Pro refresh that will allegedly sport a brand new case: MR pointed out a February iLounge piece that asserted that 2011 will see the “all new design” described as “a big milestone” for the MacBook Pro family. iLounge reported that this new design was under development at the time at Quanta Computers, a contract manufacturer....

Today’s photos reveal the building’s newly-installed facade for the first time, which was previously covered by temporary sheeting during construction. Apple appears to have entirely replaced the building’s previous storefront, modern glass panels that strayed from the structure’s historic architecture. Apple’s new facade restores the building’s original appearance while maintaining an uncluttered design. The architecture is reminiscent of Apple’s Schildergasse location near Cologne, Germany. Also visible in today’s photos are decorative trees lining one side of the building, nested in planters not dissimilar to the ones Apple has been using in “Genius Groves” at other retail locations....

The series, which functions as three 90 minute episodes, aired on Jan. 4, 2020 on Netflix and premiered Jan. 1, 2020 on BBC One. Dracula stars Claes Bang as the titular role, Dolly Wells as Sister Agatha, John Heffernan as Jonathan Harker, and Morfydd Clark as Mina Murray/Harker....

After the iPad 3 event invite didn’t show a button, some were quick to come to the conclusion that there wouldn’t be a button on iPad 3. We think this is highly unlikely. Among many other reasons, there is one in every leaked iPad 3 part, as shown by these digitizers on Fix-iPhones.com today. Also we see both black and white colors represented. We had originally heard that there might only be one color of the base model iPad 3 but a few hours later, we found the new part numbers which indicate both colors would be introduced....

This weekend, Netflix is bringing more diversity with a new comedy series, the third season of a one-of-a-kind cooking show, and a new comedy drama series. The world of streaming continues expanding, but the streaming wars seem to have calmed down for now, though there are still some platforms preparing to launch at some point this year. Still, life at Netflix continues its course with new content every week. Valentine’s Day has come and gone, but Netflix didn’t pay much attention to it, bringing just one romance movie with To All The Boys: P....

As if giving Invader Zim and Rocko’s Modern Life belated specials wasn’t enough, Netflix recently announced that they’d be picking up another beloved nostalgic cartoon. This time around it’s He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, the incredibly popular show from the ‘80s that followed He-Man on his fantastical fight against Skeletor’s forces. The show was also made to sell some sweet action figures. Set to be overseen and written by Kevin Smith, Masters of the Universe: Revelations is billed as a continuation of the original series that promises to bring the unresolved storylines to a close....

Fox has dropped a lot of new Logan promotional material in preparation for the movie hitting theaters soon. This includes a video of adamantium claws being crushed by a hydraulic press that is surprisingly hilarious. With each piece of information that gets dropped, more details about the dramatically different world the movie takes place in are made clear to eagle-eyed fans. Not long ago, a short promo released by Fox was all about Laura Kinney (X-23 in the comics)....

The final Fox X-Men film, New Mutants will finally be hitting theaters in April after a two-year delay from its initial release date, and the wait has been especially long for Anya Taylor Joy. Initially there were supposed to be reshoots, but they never actually happened and Disney’s acquisition of Fox pushed things back even further, and Anya Taylor Joy was onboard a year and a half before the movie was even greenlit, so she’s been waiting nearly six years for its arrival....

Netflix closes out the first season of supernatural thriller Spectros with an ending that explains several of the show’s preternatural elements, while still leaving room for speculation. Spectros follows its lead characters as they try to untangle the mystery behind the sudden appearance of ghosts in their São Paulo neighborhood, la Liberdade. Each character has a different link to the spectral appearances.
